Long life iron tip 1778

Turbo tip, ref. 1778, for roofer soldering irons is specially treated for long life.

The Turbo tip is suitable for very severe conditions (altitude, strong wind, cold) : the flame penetrates into the core of the tip, so that working temperature is reached more quickly.

Express Turbo tips are given a new type of long life treatment, so that they last around 5 times longer than conventional tips

Their utilisation rules must be strictly observed:

• Do not strike
• Do not file
• Do not overheat
• Do not immerse suddenly in cold water…

…these actions would destroy the tips’ unique surface treatment, and you would lose their advantages and efficiency!

Light cleaning with ammoniacal stone, Ref. 9641 or Ref. 9642 is sufficient.
